What's a credit?
- A credit is 1 minute of active AI work: an investigation (about 3 credits), a workflow run, or a question to Noci's agent.
- Credits pay for minutes of AI work.
- Each AI-call minute beyond your band's allowance uses 1 credit.
- Paging by SMS, Slack and Teams is always free.
- The Context Lake, Noci's map of your services, is included and never uses credits.
Band limits and billing
- Soft band limits: each band has 10% headroom. A team moves up a band only after 60 days above its limit, with 30 days' notice and a prorated change.
- Unused included credits roll over for one month.
- Monthly billing costs about 20% more than the listed price, which is billed annually.
- Early customers' price is locked for 12 months.
- A free trial (30 days, 100 credits) is coming soon.
Overage
Out of credits, paging by SMS, Slack and Teams keeps working
- Alerts at 50%, 80% and 100% of the allowance.
- At 100%, pay-as-you-go starts automatically.
- Admins set an overage ceiling: by default 50% of the plan fee, and $0 is allowed.
- At the ceiling, new automatic AI work and AI voice calls pause. Paging keeps working by SMS, Slack and Teams.
- Runs already started always complete.
- A Sev1 buffer of up to 10% of the allowance applies, and admins can switch it off.
- Top-up packs are valid for 12 months.

What does every band include?
Every band includes the AI voice agent, all four AI agents, every integration, schedules and escalation policies, and incident management. Bands differ in how many people use Noci and how many AI credits and AI-call minutes are included each month.
What happens when we run out of AI credits?
Paging by SMS, Slack and Teams keeps working. Pay-as-you-go starts automatically, up to an overage ceiling your admins set (by default 50% of the plan fee). At the ceiling, new automatic AI work and AI voice calls pause.
What if we grow past our band?
Each band has 10% headroom. A team moves up a band only after 60 days above its limit, with 30 days' notice and a prorated change.
Do unused credits roll over?
Unused included credits roll over for one month. Top-up packs are valid for 12 months.
Does paging use credits?
Paging by SMS, Slack and Teams doesn't: it is always free. AI voice calls use your band's call-minute allowance, then credits. Other credits go to AI work: investigations, workflow runs and questions to Noci's agent.

How is Enterprise priced?
By personal quote, on an annual contract, with a forward-deployed engineer who onboards Noci and tailors it to your topology, ceremonies, escalation rules and ownership model.
